Rhys Davies has become the latest member of the local contingent within the Ammanford AFC squad to commit his future to the club.
The versatile 26-year-old is now in his second spell with the club, having returned and quickly reminded everyone of his quality across the front line. His ability to operate in a number of attacking positions gives manager Wyn Thomas important flexibility in attack, and his pace and direct running are a constant threat to any defence.
As a local lad who grew up watching Ammanford AFC, Rhys's commitment for the Cymru Premier campaign is a popular piece of news for supporters who know how much the club means to him.
Manager Wyn Thomas said: "Rhys is a local lad who loves this club and it shows every time he pulls on the shirt. His versatility gives us options and his quality is not in question. We're pleased to have him back for what promises to be a really special season."
Welcome back, Rhys!
