The Black and White Army travelled in their numbers to support their team at the Causeway Stadium at Undy.
They were rewarded with a stunning result watching their team win the game by eight goals to one.
After recent defeats Ammanford welcomed back Kai Whitmore into their midfield.
Ammanford got into their stride early on in the game and simply brushed the opposition to one side with their free flowing pass and move football. With just over half an hour played in the game Ammanford had raced into a six goals lead without reply.
Ammanford’s Tristan Jenkins started the rout after only 8 minutes followed by goals from Lee Trundle after 14 and 18 minutes, the latter being from a penalty kick after Kai Whitmore was fouled. Mathew Fisher scored after 25 minutes and two minutes later Tristan Jenkins hit his second goal of the game. With 33 minutes on the clock the industrious Kai Whitmore got his reward with Ammanford’s sixth goal of the game.
The contest was effectively over and the start of the second half carried on where the first half ended when Tristan Jenkins added a hat trick of goals to his name by scoring in the 48th minute.
Tristan Jenkins scored again in the 78th minute to make it his fourth goal and round off a fine individual and team
performance.
Undy AFC did get a consolation goal when Rhys Thomas scored at the end in the 90th minute.
The day belonged to Ammanford AFC and their joyous supporters who thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of their hosts.
Ammanford travel to Afan Lido on Tuesday evening and are home to Cwmbran Celtic this coming Friday
