Ammanford AFC are pleased to confirm the signing of experienced centre-back Luke Harris.
A familiar figure to the Town faithful, Harris returns for his third spell with the Black and Whites. His most recent tenure, which began in January 2023, saw him captain the side throughout the 2023/24 season, leading the club to an impressive third-place finish in the JD Cymru South.
The 36-year-old defender departed Ammanford during the summer due to work commitments and subsequently joined Morriston Town. During his time there, Harris contributed to a successful campaign that included a notable victory over Llantwit Major in the Welsh Cup and a hard-fought, narrow defeat against Afan Lido in the next round.
In addition to his service at Ammanford, Harris brings a wealth of experience from a distinguished career that has included spells at Goytre United, Pontardawe, Haverfordwest County, and Briton Ferry.
