Ammanford AFC unveil new playing shirt for Cymru Premier campaign

Ammanford AFC is proud to unveil the club’s brand‑new home and away kits ahead of what will be a historic time and season for the Town and the club.

The launch marks the beginning of an exciting new partnership with Macron Cardiff, who take over as the club’s official kit supplier following the conclusion of our agreement with Conquer earlier this year. Their debut designs for the club blend modern quality with the identity and tradition that have defined Ammanford AFC for over 80 years.

“We are thrilled with the announcement of our new partnership with Ammanford AFC! We’d like to thank Chairman Rob Thomas and all the backroom team for their hard work and dedication to the club. Their commitment behind the scenes is outstanding and helps make everything possible.” Macron Cardiff manager Jamie Sylvester said.

“Everyone at Macron Store Cardiff is looking forward to working closely with the club and supporting the players, coaches, volunteers, and supporters. Here’s to an exciting future together!”

The home shirt remains faithful to our heritage, featuring the classic black‑and‑white vertical stripes that have long been synonymous with the club. This season also introduces a significant first, as LBS Builders Merchants Ltd (commonly known as LBS) will appear on the front of the home shirt. A long‑standing supporter of Ammanford AFC, LBS strengthens its commitment at a pivotal and exciting time in our history.

Rachel Davies, Managing Director at LBS, said: “We’re pleased to extend our association with Ammanford AFC. Our brand has been a presence at the Recreation Ground for a number of years and we’re proud to continue our association with the club.

“We are delighted to place our company at the front of a shirt that will be viewed all over the world, putting our community on the map. This reflects our continued commitment to investing in our community and supporting the club as it enters an exciting new chapter.”

The back of the home shirt will feature the logo of the Jac Lewis Foundation, a charity deeply rooted within the club’s fabric and one we are honoured to continue supporting.

Their presence is joined by Morgan Marine, another valued local partner whose contribution has played a key role in the ongoing development of the Recreation Ground. Rhydian Jones, Managing Director at Morgan Marine, added: “Morgan Marine are delighted to continue our long‑standing support of Ammanford AFC as the new kit is unveiled for the Cymru Premier season ahead.

Having proudly assisted with the development of the ground over the last few years, it is fantastic to see the club continue to grow both on and off the pitch. Promotion is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved with the club. We are incredibly proud to be associated with a club that represents our town and local area so well, not only now on a national stage, but also in the opportunities it gives to so many young people in our community.

“We very much look forward to supporting the club’s continued success in the seasons to come.”

The away kit introduces a fresh look for the new campaign, moving away from the bottle green of recent seasons to a turquoise design with a navy trim. Despite the change in colour, the club is delighted to continue its long‑term partnership with Natural Green Heat, who return as the front‑of‑shirt sponsor for the alternative strip.

Jesse Lewis of Natural Green Heat stated: “At Natural Green Heat Ltd, we are proud to have sponsored Ammanford Football Club over the last couple of years and to be a part of the success story that has led the club to the highest tier in the Welsh footballing pyramid.

“We are extremely happy to be able to continue that support into Ammanford’s inaugural Cymru Premier adventure. And as in previous seasons, we are also looking forward to supporting the team from the sidelines.

“May your hard work off the pitch pay dividends on it!”

In addition to shirt sponsorship, both home and away shorts this season will be adorned with the logo of another long‑term sponsor, local law firm Llyscennen. The prestigious firm, which has a base in the Town, has continued its invaluable sponsorship yet again this campaign, and its brand will be on display at the Recreation Ground and across Wales.

Hywel Davies, a partner in the firm, stated: “It’s an honour to be associated with Ammanford AFC as they take on this new challenge. We’re also happy that, as long‑term sponsors, we continue to help the club develop and thrive.”

“Pob lwc i’r Clwb am y dyfodol cyffroes sydd o’n blaen.”

Chairman Rob Thomas stated: “As we formally launch our new Macron teamwear, I am delighted that we continue to enjoy the support of such fantastic local companies as playing‑kit sponsors for our assault on the Cymru Premier.

“I’d like to extend our enormous gratitude to all at LBS, Natural Green Heat, Morgan Marine and Llys Cennen for their sponsorship.

“Ammanford AFC is at the heart of the community, and these businesses align with our core principles as we take our club to a wider global audience.

“We are also honoured to continue to show our unwavering and loyal support for the Jac Lewis Foundation. We are proud of the work the Jac Lewis Foundation continues to do in our community and we are honoured to carry the badge on our shirts.

“We also owe a big thank you to Jamie and the Macron team for their help and guidance with kit selection, design and compliance with league requirements.

“Exciting times lie ahead as we enter a new chapter in the history of our football club. Let’s enjoy the journey together!

Both new kits will be showcased this Saturday during the club’s Annual General Meeting, giving supporters the first opportunity to see the designs up close. They will also be available to purchase from the Macron Cardiff store and through the online shop in the near future.
